I’m sure you’ve all heard the overused and cliche phrase “New Year, New Me”, well I’m giving the saying a new little twist, same me, just with new goals for the new year. I have so much I hope to accomplish this year. My absolute main goal is to open my own boutique this next next year. I’ve tried to pursue more solid careers and degrees but my heart just isn’t into those ventures. Call me crazy but I’m going to actually take advice from another cliched saying, I’m going to follow my heart.
My darling mother, who deals with all of my crazy antics, purchased me a vinyl cutting machine for Christmas to see if I could use that to get my feet wet in the business world. Naturally I have slapped a monogram onto everything I own ! 🙈 I decided to open up an Etsy shop selling my vinyl creations and soon some other items such as custom home decor items, handmade jewelry, and maybe even clothes! Since I’m new at Etsy, mine looks a little rough at the moment, I would love to hear tips on how to improve my shop, traffic flow, and item photography skills from all you Etsy pros out there! 😊
